The mind awakens when we explore all the new sights, sounds, smells and tastes of a new place.

You don’t have to be on vacation to approach you world like this. You can enter you vacation state of mind from anywhere – anytime!

Look for all the remarkable things you haven’t noticed before – big or small – and meet your surroundings with curiosity and joy in order to be more mindful in your everyday life!
