One of the best ways to change your mood for the better is by smiling!

By simply smiling you will send signals to your brain of happiness.

When we are angry our face is tightened, our brows are tightened and our mouth is pinched. By smiling you let go of the tightness and send our happiness into your brain and your surroundings.

Smiling is truly contagious ?
