Remember that you can be mindful anywhere – anytime!
You might think, that mindfulness is hard to achieve or practice, because you have to be surrounded by the right environment to be at peace and practice mindfulness. This could not be further from the truth!
You don’t have to be at a peaceful yoga/cleanse retreat in India to be mindful – you can be mindful from your desk at work, the metro, an airplane, your couch or outside.
Remember, that every situation can be used to enhance your mindfulness.
Exercise of the week: try being mindful at three different times today. Pick 3 moments throughout your day where you take the time to be aware of your feeling, your surroundings, and environment.
