Mindfulness tip of the week: Exercising

Bringing attention to a physical movement such as walking, running or swimming can create a special sensation of connection and can be incredible peaceful.
This restful yet dynamic state of mind is possible to practice at any time.

Go for a small walk and put all your attention on how walking feels!
Feel every movement throughout your body and notice every step. Notice your breath. Notice your core tightening slightly and your dynamic movement in your feet.
