Mindfulness tip of the week: Be Kind

Focussing on kindness and generosity can increase your mood drastically. By helping others we elevate ourselves and it is truly a win-win situation.

There are many ways you can practice the act of kindness: donating, volunteering, helping an old lady across the road, being kind to animals, going grocery shopping for your grandmother, making your boyfriend his favourite meal … there is truly no deed to small.

Take a few minutes right now to think back on an act of kindness you remember (small or big) and think about this moment in detail.
By keeping these moments in mind you can always remember that the world (including you) is full og kindness, and that it is incredibly fulfilling to be kind.

Tip: Keep a Gratitude Journal to enhance your level of appreciation and experience all the other benefits of gratitude.
