By accepting our feelings and what happens around us we become more at peace.
Any feeling is okay to feel whether it is jealousy, rage, loneliness or happiness.
It is okay to be upset because it is raining all day, but when you accept that the rain makes you feel upset, you can actively do something to change this feeling and replace it with a new one.
By simply acknowledging our feelings and accepting them we become more mindful.
